We have hope. Simple but
extremely important statement. A parent in the hospital recovering from a near
fatal infection. There is hope. A beloved uncle called home to be with the
Lord. We have hope to see him again in heaven. A dear friend battling breast
cancer. We have hope that God is fighting alongside her. Everything that can go
wrong, goes wrong – car, plumbing, etc. We have hope. The trials of this world
are temporary. But because of the finished work of Jesus on the cross, this
world is not our home. These trials are a mere moment compared to our eternal
joy in the presence of our God.
